Hey Ya'll!! A big HOOOWWWDYYYY from Nashville!:w00t:
New to this site, as of about 20 minutes ago. I've been reading threads on here for the past few days, found by googling "sq. ft. rates for post construction cleaning". So, yes, I am a hillbilly janitor! WHOOP WHOOP!!
I have a sunny disposition and do not believe in negativity or judging anyone or anything for any reason! (though I often have to remind myself that I am not judgemental!)
I am a born work horse. I love to work hard so that I can TRULY take pride in my work and enjoy the fruits of my labor!
I am looking forward to my membership in this brother/sisterhood of professional contractors!

Nashville is a pretty place:thumbsup:...I lived in Ashland City for a year while stationed up the road at Ft Campbell.

The folks here are fun and helpful...unless you ask "how much" :eek:or anything to do with avoiding an engineer for structural matters. So now that you are officially warned of the taboo topics.......welcome to CT.

Ok, so what's the etiquette on ANSWERING "how much" questions?!
I haven't had time to gas up my tank yet!!!
HAHAHAHA!!!
Seriously though, on a regular basis? nightly, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly? or just a one time thorough cleaning?

Scan a few posts when this comes up, you will get the idea.

I wouldn't go off sharing your pricing, just my thoughts.

Usually it's jumped on with a bunch of sarcastic, off the wall remarks and prices...to say the least.

Ok, so if you really wanted an answer to your question, ballpark, in my area, would be anywhere from $.05 to $.12 per sq. ft. That would be a one time cleaning, not continuing.
