Greetings from Myrtle Beach, SC

Just wanted to take a moment and introduce myself. My name is Tim , have been in some facet of home repair/ remodel/maintenance for the past 15 years or so. Have worked for a National Home Builder as a Tech, Assistant Builder & Builder. When the market began to change 2 years ago, I went out on my own. Currently working towards obtaining my state Builders License. Until then, licensed as a Specialty Contractor. Trying to set up a formal apprenticeship with a local General Contractor. Originally from South Jersey, married with children. Go to Florida as often as I can. Know enough to know I do not know everything. I enjoy & appreciate the information on this board.
