Greetings from Michigan

Have been eavsdropping on the site for awhile now and decided to finally join in the fun. I am a born and bred construction worker and was swingin hammers around since I was wearing work booties.:hammer:

Most of my adult life I have been working as a superintendent or project manager for developers doing in house GC work. Most of my experience has been in multi-family with some single fam and commercial mixed in here and there. I have also owned a side business for the last 4-5 years.

My "side business" has recently turned into my only business when I was laid off due to the inability of my superiors to succesfully win bids or find funding for the inhouse developments. I joined up on this site here to not only get some advice but also hopefully help some others out. Got alot of experience running jobs but need help in marketing and maintaining my own business.
