I found your site last year and have since enjoyed looking over a few conversations.
I am a General Contractor / Residential Investor that owns a small company in Kansas City, MO. I purchase, build, remodel and sell mid range properties; I use a Realtor. The homes go through a full scale remodel, bringing all trades up to current code without leaving the neighborhood aesthetic.
I love what I do, wear a belt and am rarely seen on site without my dog. :thumbup:

Deep in it
I have been looking over the posts and am now fearful I have fallen deep into a serious, late night hole! Wow, love all the conversations, posts and multitude of reviews; tools, etc.
