I think they pulled it till the new one comes out. I was having problems with it so I deleted it then couldn't find it. So I went to my previously downloaded apps and was able to get it back. Might work if you had an iPhone before
Got a new phone...Can't find CT App?
My old phone is at the bottom of the river. Got new Iphone 4s.
When i go to the app store I can't find the CT app? Can anyone offer any guidance?

I recently had the same problem. I have a mac, so I just searched "CT Forum" and found it in a folder titled mobile applications. You have to download the Tapatalk App and then get CT thru that.
