Good replacement plugs

Anyone have a favorite replacement plug?

I've got 3 good 12/3 cords and a 100' 10/3 in need of new plugs. I'm pretty sure I'll be cursing later if I just pick up something at HD.

Thanks Fellas,
I know it seems a little silly researching plugs. But what the hell, It's about the first tool I use every day, might as well buy something that doesn't have me cussing before I have a chance to screw up.
