Those are just automated "Bots" that have been programmed to bypass some of the security software during registration.

You don't wind up seeing too many on this site, but it does happen occasionally.

Some forums are deluged constantly by them.

I just bought me some Nikes from that guy, all I had to do was mail the money order to his company that I can not verify and have never heard of, cant beat that.
