girder & header sizing

hello all

i am new to this forum and i will jump right in with a question, building a second story & 5/12 roof over existing garage. size is 12'6" x 26'. need to know what type of girder and header i will need to support 2nd floor & roof (notice cantilever on drawing) 2nd floor will consist of bedroom space. any help would be appreciated.

the sizes are on the drawings
2nd story is to be used as bedroom space

i have downloaded the specs from GP on their GP Lam
it seems i would need (2) 1-3/4" x 11-7/8" to carry the load on my center girder.
i might as well use the same for the garage door header
anyone want to back me on this?
