Good afternoon! I am new to Contractor's talk and had a question. I am a new General Contractor and I had someone approach me about Supervising and the being the General on a big job. What is the average charge I would apply for my services? I have heard between 10-30% is this true? Thanks!

Big difference between being a supervisor and the GC on a big job.
What is your definition of a big job? 100k, 1m, 10m more?
10-30% of what? Entire job, is anyone going to give you those numbers?
Are you bidding this or stepping in for someone?
Be careful if you're asking this question it seems like you may be in over your head.
