Looking to make the jump from small scale kitchen/bath remodeling, decks and screen porches to additions. Anyone recommend a book which I can use as a guide. I am very comfortable using subs, scheduling etc. just not sure how things should proceed after meeting with the customer. Any advice is also welcome.

Decent book. First I read when I decided to go on my own.

His one year plan to exit your job and jump in is very good.
