I got this gas box to be able to push our stove to the wall. This reduce the gap behind the stove from 7” to 3” but didn’t quite eliminate it. I am getting a tiny metal shelf to fill the gap now. Please advise what kind of cover should I buy to close the wall? Please help

The gas valve is in the wrong place if it holds the stove off the wall. The stove specs will have the proper location listed, move it there.
