how much would you guys charge to paint a residentail condominium complex garage. We are talking 124' X 124'. All that we have to paint is the guardrails which sorround the whole parking lot, the stair rails, some exposed metals, cornerguards, and pipeguards. any suggestions. on btw its 5 levels.

Try figuring out how many linear feat of the railings you can paint in an hour, add in materials, overhead, and profit, and you have number! Do this for all your estimating needs! Don't forget to charge time for prep work, set up, and clean up.
