I have a unique situation and I can’t seem to find anything on the internet after scrounging for a while.

I’m getting ready to frame some more walls in my basement, and I want to intersect two walls at a 45 degree angle, but the catch is one wall will be composed of 2x4s and the other will be composed of 2x6s. The 2x6 wall, while it won’t be load bearing, will be an extension off a 2x6 load bearing wall, so that’s the reason for that size.

I’d like to see a plan view sketch similar to the image below that shows how all the studs should be arranged. Would need to have blocking for all future drywall and I’m sure it will require some funny rip cuts. Something along these lines but one of the 2 walls will be 2x6.

Any ideas are appreciated!
