We started back in the first week of December 2013.
There have been plenty of delays, mostly in the engineering and structural design aspects. The weather was a huge factor as well, record cold Winter for us here.
My plan is to complete our work this week.
The foundation failed in September 2013, so I guess it took 3 months to get plans and permits approved.
