Really dumb homeowner here. I got suckered into buying 3 truckloads of salvaged granite. I want to use some pieces as a sitting-wall: e.g. slab is 20" tall x 10" wide x 6-7Ft long.
In NE Ohio (frostline 38"), I am trying to figure out what foundation to use.
Idea: I pour two or three sono-tubes (eg 6" tubes) down past 38". Then, the granite sits atop these 3 tubes as pilings.
Maybe replace dirt between these tubes with 1foot of gravel - to reduce frost heave risk.

Can concrete guys please weigh in on this idea?
Or suggest how I should do things.

Thank you for guidance - deeply appreciated.
