Ok here is my question
I am now in the Lead abatement business
we are replacing 100's of windows a month in old homes. jamb out replacements.

one of the requirements is pulling the old weights and insulating the wells.

what foam system would allow me to slide a fill nozzle down the rope pulley hole and fill up the cavity?
Hand stuffing them is so time consuming and we never get them done well.
I am reaching for the brass ring here

Iceynene, would do the job, you have to be careful not to blow out the jams. Additionally, whatever way to do it, i would open the front casing up, after the foam has dried, and confirm that you are getting full coverage, just for a test, GMOD
