I'll leave it to the pros but specialize is spelt wrong in one of them and neither of them would make me want to call as a customer.

How about a postcard that addresses your target audiences fears?
Show before and after shots of project with the fear list listed next to it.
List maybe 4-5 things that typically are complaints about remodeling.
Like dust free remodeling or we use in house project management or one call to you does it all etc....
The more you can connect with prospects the better response you will get.

they both suck, to much going on.
the first one , he looks gay with all those clean cloths and tools.
the second, to much to read, "we specialise" sounds dumb, "We are good at" sounds better.
Way to many "special contractors" in the market,
Everybody's special and noone knows how to do a gadang thing

Dude. I got it the first time. Spelling
. I know they are mistakes. If you have any advice for the design itself please say it or mention it.

I like the one with the pictures better, but I would try and find some better pictures, the first two scream disorganization to me, and if I was looking for a company I would not go with the one with the dumpster full of crap.
I would lose the and much more... are you licensed to do electrical? Do you want people calling you assuming you do electrical? I would also say pick your 3 or 4 best areas and list those as areas you specialize in, any time I see someone claiming to specialize in 20 different areas I figure they are full of it.
