Alright! How many pounds is that?

BTW, got a slightly bigger picture? No limit on size when you host it yourself....

kinda small pic huh?
for some reason it is bigger on the other site. I will try to enlarge it.

the fish is a small king - 20lbs. It was caught right here in downtown Anchorage. They get a heck of alot bigger on the world famous Kenai river.

Flor, How long does Alaska look like that? It looks really nice in the pic, makes me want to go there someday. Does it ever get into the 80's?

It gets over 100 in some parts of AK. Here in anchorage it is real temperate because of all the water, but still gets in the 80's often. Even if it is in the 70's, it is DRY, so it feels hotter. Either that or I get so frozen in the winter, that it just seems hot.

I have been all over this amazing country of ours, and I have yet to see the same beauty I see in an Alaskan summer. I encourage everyone to visit Alaska at least once in their lifetime.
Summers are short, they last about 5 months or so.
