I started a project with a landscape company and carpenter working together. Fireplace was being handled by the landscaping company who had stated there would be a pull conduit for wires, roof structure and electric was being handled by the carpentry company. Carpentry company was full speed ahead and when electrician came he stated that a conduit couldn't be done and ran the wires. Wires ran, ceiling is in and I'm left without a pull conduit. My question to this community is what is involved in getting a pull conduit done at this point. Can a channel be cut and the conduit run under the deck structure to the basement? Overall the project is going well but having two different companies working together and not communicating well has been frustrating. Attached are images of where we are at now with stone set to be put on this week. The pull conduit was discussed at the start of the project and should have been done. Anyways just wanted to source this out before the project moved forward to see how much of an undertaking a pull conduit is.

Thanks in advance
