fire rate of masonry wall

In my project, The client request for evident to prove that the masonry wall can stand for 2hr fire resistant. But in my country, the design code show that the masonry wall can stand for 2 hr fire rate.Pls help me how to explain. Thank so much

8x8x16 lightweight CMU has a 2 hour fire rating using the equivalent thickness formula.

I have always heard this as well, but what about regular block (8X8X16)
Are they good for two hours? This comes up once in a while and I never know for sure what the answer is.
