Hello.

I am researching for a company who is looking for a contractor who will subcontract for preserving properties/homes that have been foreclosed.

He is out of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

I would appreciate any help anyone can give me!

He does just about everything and has several years of experience cleaning up after natural disasters such as hurricanes, floods, tornadoes, etc.

Thank you so much!

You need to contact the local realtors that specialize in foreclosed/bank owned properties. They are the liason between the bank's asset manager and the contractor. It's also beneficial to "get in the loop" by calling local bank managers, credit unions, mortgage lendors, etc. and make your presence known. Hope this helps.

Good Luck,
