Today’s job. Emptying out and cleaning this thing.

And maybe use this for work for now. Until I get the truck set up.

A black truck in Florida must be extremely hot, or doesn't it matter?
Mines black with black leather. It's not that bad. Usually by the time I get in it the a/c has been on long enough that you don't even think about it.

How long do you guys down south usually run the a.c. before you go somewhere?

When the kids were babies, in the winter we would always run the car to warm it up before we went places, but that really kills your fuel mileage.

Never liked my kids enough to run the heat for them prior to going somewhere.

Eh... auto-start, A/C, and now they have cooled seats apparently in addition to heated... gotta' imagine that would mitigate it altogether as an issue... add one of those windshield window shields and you're golden...

Bigger issue to me is keeping it clean... but sometimes you gotta' get what scratches that itch, and ignore the rest...

Congrats BigShoe!...

I normally put my windows down a few minutes to let the heat out.

My Ford’s air would freeze my ass off. Hope this Chevy does as well.

If its hot out (100) I like it to have a few minutes . On site visit day it doesn't turn off much, just leave it running during the summer.

Father----doesn't mean I have to like them (even as babies).

The oldest was born in July, my wife took her everywhere. Had a neighbor that called Kelly the all weather baby, didn't matter the weather, she was out with my wife.

[no father coud ever love their childern more than I love mine]

Sounds like a REAL market for pickup sized Auxiliary Power units, more for heat reduction in the South land, and possible Electrical/ air pressure supply.....

Just pull up to an electrical recharge point, and Cold air all DAY.....
