Minwax is atrociously expensive. Years ago, I went shopping for white "polyester resin body filler" (bondo) and white/clear hardener.


Saved a bunch.

nowadays, I keep a package of that white "plumber's epoxy" - the kind that is a roll - with the 1 part in the core of the roll. Works great for the "this & that" repairs.

I think you can get high sniffing bondo - I sure used to like the smell of it. :thumbup:
