I picked up the c15 not too long ago and have been putting it through the paces. Overall I'm pretty happy with it, but the trigger sucks on it. Its very stiff and almost wants to stick if I push it in crooked. And also if I push on just the bottom edge of the trigger I won't get full speed, I have to push up near the top. Also the forward reverse switch is harder than it should be to slide.

I also have the csx and its fantastic, nothing like this. Now I know in the past I've gotten drywall/plaster dust in my drill triggers and they were stiff for a day or so, but this thing has been this way for two weeks.

Has anyone had trigger problems with these drills? Can I open it up and spray some silicone spray to lube it?

I hate to send this thing in for warranty already!

Call Festool service, the number is on the tool.

My T-15 the trigger is fine.

I'd send it back for service. With your location 3-4 days you'll most likely have it back.

Thanks Tom, I was thinking I was going to have to give them a call.

I'm tempted to open it up real quick and see if its something blatant I can see.
