We've had several recent inquires regarding the requirement of a fabric structure building permit. In general, a building permit is not needed for most areas as these buildings are basically considered "temporary structures". However, we strongly recommend checking with local authorities as some may assess them as a permanent construction(especially in urban areas). Its best to be honest.

Are you kidding; any type of temporary structure will need some sort of permit. Maybe not from the county, but the municipality; or vise verse.
