We srayed the ulimuninum top part... The boys rolled the block on both buildings because our texture gun was broke and it would of taken at least 3 days for shipping for a new gun so they rolled it.

We have year round 8 painters 2-3 office, and up to 8 more jobers in busy times and or bigger projects. We treat are guys fair and run more less a network of professional painting services throughout our area, they are there when we need them....or when they need us we are there. We have two reliable subs.

4-6 painters in the winter for residential and the other 4-6 for commercial.

It's tough at times like the rest. I undersand implementing policies and we do so. I would have to say our subs and or crew leaders let many things slide (the small things)... Like the black pants, when you need bodies on the job black pants will do just fine ( no sandles though)

When we spray aluminum we use a regular tip not a fine finish tip. Fine finish tips are for high quality interior oil finishs IMO. We used a 4-17 or
5-17

On that paticuar job we used a titan 440-I  300 Gallons  The reason we used the 440-I is because the sprayer is small and fits well in the basket of the lift easily.

No backroll requied spray finish only... in very minor spots 4" mini backroll may be needed where paint may sag if its not warm enough outside, or painter gets a heavy spot with gun.

Love the colour change.......looks much better.

The last picture.........do your guys always work on top of each other like that or did you set them up like that just for the picture? :)

Cheers
Mary

Thank you! Thank you! Actually it was two of those buildings in four days. All our work is a reflection of our guys. Our guys are very hard workers and great people to be around. Big difference in production rates when you want to go to work.... verse having to go to work.
