Thanks. I like the tear away idea. The rope idea sounds pretty decent too, maybe a little too rustic for this design though.
Exposed collar ties
Howdy,
Just got a set of plans for an attic renovation. They are calling for a vaulted ceiling with exposed collar ties. Any tips or tricks for the drywall to wood transition? I don't imagine mudding up to it would work well. Cut it tight and caulk it?
