You could tell by the noise in the background that it was a Call Center. You could here the same conversations in the background I was having. For $999, they guarantee you 12 completed jobs a year. Want you to commit on the spot. The rep was very indignant when I told him I wanted to do some checking and needed more time. He must not be making his quota , Asked me if I needed the work? I may be a new contractor but I was not born yesterday and don't want to align myself with someone on the other side of the country who I will never see.
