If you are in a regulated state, you may have recourse through the State Radon Office. You may also have recourse through the National Radon Proficiency Board, or the National Radon Safety Board. In my opinion, where suction was not applied to the crawl space, the system was not installed properly installed.

Just wondering what size fan the mitigator used and what your basement square footage is.

Also why didn't the contractor address the crawlspace issue to start with?

The water level issue is rubbish as long as the tiles are below the water.

Looks like another one for my list of bad contractor stories!!
