I was wondering if anybody knew of a source for commercial pricing guide lines? I work in lower Fairfield county in CT and have until now worked on high end residential projects, but i now have an opportunity to bid commercial projects. What i need is an idea of what the rates are per square foot for ceilings and walls and the price for trim by the linear foot.

Do they break the prices down by different areas? I think i looked through one of these before and it was very vague. Thanks for the reply though.

Depending on what you are looking for - you can get specific items. They have data indexes just for square foot costs... indexes for concrete, building, etc..etc.. It typically takes more than just one book to get specific enough.
