I have 15,000 sq. ft. of chain link pool fence to paint. $ 2.00 a sq.ft is going to be my quote for a total of approx $30,000. Will I need to prime the rusting fencing or just shoot a rust preventative paint .

You can have Vinyl coated fence installed cheaper.

how does telling us what you are going to charge decide whether it will need primer or not?

if you were going to charge 25k then it would need primer but at 30k you wont:thumbup:
