It would be largely based on getting work done sooner than I have figured, like some others have said they should be paying us bonuses.Are you thinking of using bonuses as a way to pay them less. Or reward them more?
If you pay a guy 20 bucks an hour, you should get 20 bucks an hour worth of work. So what would this rewarding bonus be based on.
Got to be real careful on paying bonuses on getting work done under the bid time.
