pay them contract rate by the hour....you dont have to worry about tax etc...they do...and offer a bounus and wage incentive.
if they average 3000 bft day, for a month give them a bit extra... but if they dont hit the targets then they dont get the raise...pay the a bit more per hour...but keep in mind that you have to set the standard as to what and how much footage is done in a day..but be realistic...
