Hi,
I’m trying to drill a 6/8” wide 1” deep hole in wood and can’t seem to find the right size bit... do they come in that size?

That's what I thought at first too.

But it must be a 6" - 8" hole.

Rout it with a trammel. Make your own. Remove router base & replace with a piece of 1/4" to 3/8 plywood. Then pivot at desired diameter. After that, clean up with router, if that's necessary.
All this is assuming it's not a 3/4" hole that you need.
