Does anyone know where you can buy a replacement bit holder without buying another full blown assortment?

I have several cases that are organized by size, some for steel some for wood but a couple of them are busted. I dont need another whole set as I always keep extras on the side.

Dewalt makes those fold open cases http://m.homedepot.com/p/DEWALT-6-Compartment-Medium-Tough-Case-DW2190/202248657/ for $5 that can hold a variety of things.
I bought that a few weeks ago, its only helpful in carrying extra bits...its too small imo. I think I am just going to buy a systainer and foam and pack it all in there.
There are some inserts for the mini systainer that can be used for bits, as well.
Buy a set at HF and dump out the bits.

If you do a search for "drill index" you'll find a bunch. Here are some on eBay.

I have one of those universal Dewalt cases. I use it for odd bit accessoriesand socket type of stuff.

I was looking for an index some of you guys mentioned. I cant stand dumping loose bits in a random place. I cant read the small one well.
