With winter not far off we did our usual inspection of our units and I noticed a couple of windows where you can see daylight between the lower sash and the channel. Those affected windows slide up and down as they should and the channels are free to move so the sash can be removed. I suspect the channels are warped. Is there a repair/hack for something like this short of replacing the windows? It appears the tenant attempted to put some weatherstrip to seal it up. I have no idea the mfgr of the windows as they are OEM with the building, approx 1990's
Thanks for your help
