Dewalt Service Center

Having a chit day in the shop so I though that I would come in get something to eat and post something positive.

I ordered a new cord for my router on Friday @ 10:37. Called the service center in Phladelphia and received it today @ 10:45. $40 including shipping.

There, I feel better all ready:thumbup:

3 prong detachable with a twist in lock. Not really a part that can be replaced with anthing else. Better than $200 for new router:laughing:.

Kind of a chitty design for the cord to begin with as it broke right where it goes into hard part of the plug, but it is what it is. I bought a ton of dewalt tools 4 years ago and this is the first thing I've had a problem with (if you don't count the drill going off a 2 story 12/12 on to a rock).
