Anybody has proposal or contract sample for Design/Build project I can look it? I’m having hard time putting it on the paper . Please help.
Any advice on design built (especially sales) will also by appreciated.

Advice - make sure you use the proper terminology with your clients. Of the three times you referred to it, you wrote 'design built' twice. Design-build is the recognized designation for this type of contracting format.
