Same thing I use to cut non insulated siding. Miter saw with OSB blade turned backwards.

I also use one of those Dremel Sawmax tools for certain cuts, too. Definitely a DIYer tool, but it actually has some uses.

Drywall router for some cuts. I saw one guy using a guillotine, but I didn't catch who made it. Normally those are for fibercement siding.
