Kind of obviously, it depends on the materials that you are using and the radius of the bend.

I use mostly redwood rim joists/fascia, and I just rip it down to a thickness that allows the bend for the radius. I also used to use resorcinal to glue up the laminations, but alas, it is not available to me anymore, so epoxy or others glues is it.

I build a form and use 1/4'' pt rips usually from 2x6. For me the dry stuff is the best in fact I lay it up in my shop just waiting for the job to come up. Tightbond 111 has never failed me I see no reason to use anything else. I use a lot of clamps and work in a timely nature.

Not understanding the deck should be cantivelered, it all depends on what the wallet wants.

Now the Bone Mon has a total different aproach. I would like to carry his tools back and forth for just one Job.:notworthy
