current electrical panel maxed. Install independent panel next to meter?

If I mount an outdoor panel (100amp) next to the meter, can it be independent of the inside electrical panel?

I need more juice than my current 100 amp panel can provide. And I only need 2 circuits.

What do you mean by independent.... not a subpanel?
no not a sub panel. a completely independent panel that's connected to the same meter. Ever seen it done?
Please contact an Electrical Contractor/Electrician to solve your problem before you or someone else gets hurt.
No, you cannot do that. Just for starters, the wire feeding your meter is only rated for 100 amps.

However, it's not necessarily true that you can't make use of a subpanel just because the current one is full of breakers. You need a qualified electrician to look at it and tell you what your options are.
