We ordered some itmes from exacttime last week and had a strange and rather unpleasant encounter with their order taker. A few days later a email survey showed up and we filled it out.
Today Val Doran, their CFO personally called us to address the issue and take care of it personally.
My hats off to them for taking a proactive approach. :thumbsup: Nice to have a company service our construction industry that cares enough to chase down customer service issues and correct them.
