Just recently got into the trades doing grunt labor for a GC in So Cal. Had a good looking lady I struck up a conversation with ask me what it costs to build new. I felt like a dummy since I wasnt sure. What does it cost to build a semi custom house per square foot in Southern California? $150? $200?
