Client has a nice screened-in porch. The wire mesh screens have little bits of corrosion here and there, yet the screens are otherwise in perfect shape. Anybody have a solution to remove these "optical distractions" , short of replacement? They had opted for wire mesh for the durability, so this is the unexpected consequence. Any thoughts appreciated. I'm wondering if CLR, sponge & a hose to rinse is even worth a shot.

Thanks.

Those are aluminum screens - they corrode. Don't use CLR, it's corrosive. Normally you can spray them in place with detergent, and give them a scrub with a brush, then rinse. Don't use really stiff bristles.
