I have developed a newsletter and have been sending it out for a few months. I have gotten some work out of it and a lot of good comments. I generally only send them by email. I give the receipient an opportunity to opt out and so far no one has.

However, I have been thinking about whether I need to add a disclaimer for copyright protection as well as information is general only. Anybody got any ideas for wording? Or should I even put it in there?
