Cooling my old house

I moved into an old house that has no duct work. Are there any option to use the radiators that I have in place (or other radiators) to cool the home. I can see that there could be condensation issues with this. I really started thinking about it when my friend who works at a university informed me that the dorm rooms are cooled with radiators. I feel that this probably won’t work or people would do it but I figure others have considered this at some point.
