Not even. I'm also seeing less construction sites around town, and a lot of contractors and subs I know are way down.
But that's LA, hard hit by de-valued properties and unemployment too.

Commercial is not as bad so I'm told. My electrical contractor just got his biggest job ever. But then again, he's not even started on it yet.
My bread and butter was residential remodel and that sucks out here now.

Yeah, things were going pretty good...back in 2003. Then by the end of 2007 construction went straight off the cliff here.

Nathan was waiting 6 years for an answer, I had to give him one. For all we know he could have been lying in bed each night screaming "why wont they answer me !!" And I also did it so I would have the record for the oldest post ever brought back.
