Hello gentlemen,
I'm thinking of open up a construction/modeling company. I don't have any license to open such; however, I have a high demand for remodeling/constructing on this small niche I acquired over time. Can I open a business as an agency and hire people with contractor licenses to construct/remodel? Is there such business that act at middle man that can hire different type of contractor such as plumbing, interior designer, and even general contractor?

Thank you for helping and please elaborate/suggest anything that might be helpful. I thank you for your time and response.
Many thanks
Stan

More than likely you'll be required by state law to have a general contractor's license in order to pull permits etc and act as the general.
