I am here to not only attract clients for my own internet marketing business but to share with all of you some things you could be doing to attract new business by spending a little bit of time on your own. I am a wealth of knowledge on this subject and hope some of you "reach" out to me for assistance.

There is a right way to grow your business online. We help contractors do just that and host free webinars weekly to share what we do to help you guys get the phones ringing and guys out in the homes working on real jobs. If you are interested in booking a consultation (1st hour is free), shoot me a PM, email or call me (# is listed in my signature file).

SEO is just one piece of the puzzle and a LONG TERM strategy at best. Paid search if done right, will move the sales needle and of course staying on top of your online reputation is something to pay attention to.

At the end of the day, if each wheel is turning in the right direction, sales will come.

advertising on cnc blog

seo is simple, you want people with good related websites to help you out. by giving you links, writing posts about your company ect. all the other things help a little but this is 90% of how to get traffic and referrals from your site. i have many sites that i work on that i can sell links and advertising on, contact me and i can show you examples in how i help companies rank in the top ten for all the high traffic industrial phrases. so many people say that and its bull****. so just pm me and ill show you specific examples. I am constantly calling shenanigans on people who take advantage of you who are so less tech savvy.

Show me where you have taken a plumber, electrician, roofer or any major contracting vertical and gotten them 1st page place for their high search phrases on a local level or even a long tailed keyword like plumber baltimore.

Convince me and I will send you work. We dont do SEO, dont make money off of SEO but respect it and do have clients who want it on top of paid search.

Show specific examples in this thread.

Is it better to have a construction related website link to your website like Buildingprosdotcom, over say a MerchantCircledotcom?
(cost a side and all other things being equal) Purely for SEO sake?

At the end of the day, the more relevant that inbound link is in regards to the keyword/phrase you are trying to optimize SEO around, the better.

Hope that makes sense. SEO is great but its never short term profit and never, EVER guaranteed. Search engines are constantly changing their
Algorithms to keep even the best SEO "experts" guessing.

OpenList.Org

Can anyone point me in the right direction to get listed on OpenList.org? I cannot find any information on their sight, nor was I able to find anything through Google.
