Composite Decking Recommendations

So I have a few small projects coming up, and they all involve composite decking/railings of some sort, and had a few questions for the deck guys.

What would you consider to be the best composite decking material available? Looking at price, warranty, ease of installation, etc. I'm a wood guy, myself, so I have limited experience - the only brand I have installed is MoistureShield and Azek.

I have a situation where a customer wants to mount a composite railing system onto a concrete landing/stairs.

Who makes the best anchor system for anchoring posts to concrete? Again considering price, ease of installation, etc.

Locally?
TimberTech's ReliaBoard for base composite at a price point.
Fiberon's Horizon is a good product with a HFS.
For rails? TimberTech's RadianceRail has a ton of colors, and goes together well.

Shoot me an email if you want to know who to buy what from. :)

Oh, and as always- for simple projects, take your time & play it safe with the design (and read the install directions!). If it's bigger, consider bringing in a specialist- it's the only way to make sure the client is happy, the product is installed correctly, and you make money.

Fiberon has recently come out with a capstock they are selling to the evil Home Depot. It's not as nice as their Horizons line (the cap is thinner, the board is scalloped on the bottom and the cap goes around the top and sides but not the bottom). It may turn out to be a decent choice for those who can't afford to pay for the good stuff but want to step up from PT. I'm going to see how it plays out.

Here's a link: http://goveranda.com/docs/sanctury_tearpad.pdf

It's their Sanctuary line, not the Sanctuary Extreme. It just came in at the Home Depots in NJ. Price is about $2.10 lf.

Benches are built to create storage for chairs cushions and water house.
Fences are to hide AC unit and for planters.

Man, you better get a header under those rafters before it really starts to sag.
LOL ;) Pergola on picture is not finished, still need to finish purlins installation, front header with decorative angle brackets, and need to use full cover stain to match decking color.
